The Cosmic Hook
Although the Cosmic Hook may seem trivial, these exercises are highly refined techniques for increasing vital power. They are like sharp swords that must be used with great care. Some cleansing effects of this work is:

7 Steps
- Sit with your feet on the floor: Use the stimulation of a hard object against the vagina and clitoris if necessary. Rub your breasts to stimulate yourself. Direct the sexual energy from the nipples to the ovaries; expand the energy to the genitals and concentrate on the Ovarian Palace.
- Pump vagina for further stimulation, inhaling short sipping breaths.
- When you come near or in the midst of orgasm, clench your fists, curl your toes, clench you jaw to tighten the cranial pump and press your tongue firmly to the roof of your mouth.
- Inhale deeply, drawing up the entire genital-anus region, especially concentrating on the perineum. Pull the energy from the Ovarian Palace by squeezing the vagina lips as tightly as possible, thereby squeezing the clitoris. Hold your breath; sip a few more breaths then release. Feel the sexual energy collect at the perineum. With all muscles flexed, inhale without exhaling, clench and pull up your sexual regions nine times, retain energy at the front region as long as possible. Pull the energy from the Ovarian Palace by squeezing the vagina lips as tightly as possible, arch the back and exhale into the hiatus in the sacrum.
- Pump the vagina nine times while you sip air. Hold perineum and breath as long as possible, then release the chi to the heart center, and the Jade Pillow. Exhale with sound and force to activate the cranial triangle.
- Holding the ovarian energy at the Jade Pillow or C-7, return your attention to the Ovarian Palace and as you lightly close the vagina and simultaneously contract the front, middle and back of part of the perineum. Inhale. Hold perineum and breath as long as possible, then release the chi and breath to the Thymus. Thought intention: 222221 and either manifesting symbol or financial abundance symbol. Imagine a lotus opening and spilling it's nectar through your entire body. If you have been holding back orgasm, now it may be released.
