The Healing of Self Purification and Growth (Kenyoku-ho)


A technique for cleansing one’s energy with Reiki vibration:

  1. Place your right hand on the left shoulder and slide the hand diagonally towards the left hip,
    whilst doing a Haaa breath.
  2. Place your left hand on the right shoulder and do the same as above but towards the
    left hip.
  3. Repeat #1 again with the right hand.
  4. Place the right hand on the left shoulder. Slide the hand down the left arm to the fingertips while you do a Haaa breath.
  5. Place your left hand on the right shoulder and do the same as #4.
  6. Do # 4 again with the right hand.
  7. Bring both hands to your lap.
