Reiki Shower
For cleansing your energy field and activating your Reiki Power:
- Stand or sit, Make yourself comfortable.
- Place hands in prayer position (Gassho) and give thanks for the healing that is about to occur.
- Move Hands as high as possible above your head, keeping them apart. Visualize that you are receiving a shower of Reiki vibrations form source.
- Imagine that all previous Reiki Masters are showering you with the symbols that you know, imagine them entering your crown and passing through your body and filling your aura. Beautiful colored symbols and Reiki energy.
- Move your hands down to the front of the body, palms facing the body while you feel the energy. Imagine the Reiki pushing the negative energy out of your body through your feet. Let this energy go to the earth to be transmuted.
- Gassho again and finish.
