What is Rapid Release?
Sometimes when we experience pain or distress we put up a form of protection, or a "wall" around our hearts. These Heart-Walls don't dissolve themselves, whether we continue to need them or not. Trapped Emotions don't always come from a seemingly traumatic time, but when we feel an emotion strongly, and haven't be able to process it properly, this results in the energy becoming trapped. All emotions have a vibrational charge, and interfere with the natural flow of life force, creating imbalances and disease if left untreated.
